Marketing Packages

Silver Package: $1999

Includes:

  • Detailed individual analysis and recruiting evaluation
  • Personal player profile template (your bio, photos, contact info, academics, and highlight video)
  • List of 200 recommended schools based on your skill, academic level, and personal preference
  • Information on any camps, showcases, or other exposure events that we believe are worth your time and that will help you in the recruiting process

In addition:

  • We will upload and manage your game film and highlights for prospective colleges.
  • We will contact all 200 schools on your behalf. We will send updates to these schools (that you provide us) on your behalf twelve times per year.

This Package is good for one calendar year. There is an additional renewal charge of $499 per year.

Gold Package: $3,499

Includes everything in the Silver Package plus:

  • List of 400 recommended schools based on skill, academic level, and personal preference.

In addition:

  • We will contact all 400 schools on your behalf. We will send updates to these schools (that you provide us) on your behalf twenty-five times per year.

This Package is good for one calendar year. There is an additional renewal charge of $799 per year for each year you renew your package.

Platinum Package: $3,999

Includes everything in the Gold Package plus:

  • List of 600 recommended schools based on skill, academic level, and personal preference.

In addition:

  • We will contact all 600 schools on your behalf. We will send updates to these schools (that you provide us) on your behalf thirty times yearly.

This Package is good for one calendar year. There is an additional renewal charge of $999 per year for each year you renew your package.

Platinum Plus Package (For Seniors Only): $3,000

Includes everything in the Platinum Package plus:

  • List of 800 recommended schools based on skill, academic level, and personal preference.

In addition:

  • We will contact all 800 schools on your behalf. We will send updates to these schools (that you provide us) on your behalf thirty-six times per year.

Refund Statement

We are confident in what we do at Roundball Solutions. If we don’t get your student-athlete recruited with an athletic scholarship, we will gladly refund 30% of your payment as a commitment to ensuring your satisfaction.

Tutoring Fees Statement

At Roundball Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services tailored to meet each student-athlete’s academic needs. Below are our tutoring fees and policies:

Tutoring Fees

  • One-on-One Sessions: $40 per hour
  • Group Sessions (2-5 students): $30 per student per hour
  • Specialized Test Prep (SAT, ACT, etc.): $60 per hour
  • Homework Assistance: $20 per hour
  • Monthly Package Discounts: Available upon request

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Sessions canceled on the same day of the appointment may be subject to a 25% charge.
  • Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds for completed sessions.
